At Perspectives 2020, Skillsoft and SumTotal announced Program of the Year Award winners. This year, Perspectives 2020 transformed into a global digital experience, which inspired the new approach for Skillsoft and SumTotal’s award program, spotlighting the innovative ways customers across four different geographies are leveraging learning and talent development to drive tangible business impact in their organisations.
This award recognises an organisation in each region that has developed and implemented a leading-edge program utilising Skillsoft or SumTotal solutions, which enable organisations to unlock the full potential of their employees. Award-winning programs are multifaceted; they demonstrate business impact, cost savings, and feature innovations that infuse a renewed energy across the organisation.
