Utilities and infrastructure specialist, Ipsum Group has strengthened its industry presence with the senior appointment of Karen Harding as the Head of HR role.

Harding joins the firm with over twelve years working in HR. She brings a wealth of experience gained from working in senior roles across a number of large companies including Alfred McAlpine Infrastructure Services, Capita Plc and Kier Group Plc.

Karen’s extensive background in strategic and operational positions saw her driving organisational and cultural change across large complex businesses, which will also be vital in her new role at Ipsum Group. Karen will lead the implementation of the HR strategy to unite the processes and policies across the businesses and to support achievement of the business plan.
